"What can I say about Shaun and The Advisory? First of all, I don't do reviews online, but I had to write this one. I have had many agents try to help me find a home for the last 8 years. Then, I met Shaun. He normally doesn't do much work in the area I was looking, but after a long phone conversation, he decided to help me out, and committed to finding me the right home, and he kept his promise. He was professional and thorough throughout the process, and negotiated extremely well, to reduce the price by over 10% in an ever-climbing market. Normally, I work on one with my agent, but Shaun has a strong team and they worked hard for me. Lauren handled all the details with knowledge and expertise and dotted every "i" and crossed every "t". She found answers to every question we had. The Advisory took us to over 30 houses over 4 weeks and sent me potential candidates to view every day. There were others working behind the scenes as well, and everyone made me feel important and valued. It was a wonderful, foreign experience. I can't say enough about Shaun and his team. I was still in shock and disbelief when I stood in my new home and shook hands with Shaun for the first time, the day I got the keys. I have bought 8 homes in the last 35 years, and it was always a painful process. This experience was awesome because Shaun's team did all the heavy listing and all I had to do was listen to updates and make decisions about what I did and didn't want. I don't know when or if I will move again, or where. But, I do know, that Shaun will be the first person I call."
