About Kai Saken

Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Kai Saken brings both a local’s perspective and a broad professional foundation to his real estate career. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Kai’s path has been shaped by a strong academic background and hands-on industry experience. He began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he worked on brokerage and market research, honing his skills in business development and client engagement. Following his time in Texas, where he also earned his real estate license, Kai returned to Los Angeles to join Carolwood Estates and The Advisory.  Kai specializes in guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction with diligence,  in-depth market insight, and a client-first approach. His passions extend to real estate investment and urban development, where he continually seeks opportunities that create long-term value. Outside of work, Kai enjoys cooking, surfing, and spinning.
